- Subcutaneous injection
- Format
- 200mg/mL, 5mL vial
- Typical dosing
- 200-600mg subcutaneously per provider guidance

- Mechanism
- Glutathione neutralizes free radicals, regenerates other antioxidants (vitamins C and E), supports Phase II liver detoxification, and modulates immune cell function. It protects mitochondria and DNA from oxidative damage.
How it works
Signal
Glutathione is given as a subcutaneous injection on a provider-determined schedule — the SubQ route bypasses the gut, where oral glutathione is largely broken down.
Cellular response
Glutathione neutralizes free radicals, regenerates other antioxidants (vitamins C and E), supports Phase II liver detoxification, and modulates immune-cell function. It protects mitochondria and DNA from oxidative damage.
Outcome
Over the following weeks most people notice improved energy and less brain fog first, with skin looking less dull (weeks 1–2), then steadier energy, brighter and more even skin, and faster recovery (weeks 2–4), then noticeably clearer skin, stronger immune response, and better stress tolerance (weeks 4–12).
