Returns & refunds
How returns, replacements, and charges work for physician-prescribed, compounded medications.
Charged only after approval
Your card is saved at checkout but not charged until a licensed physician approves your prescription. If a provider declines, you are not charged — there is nothing to refund.
Prescription medications can’t be returned
Because your order is a compounded prescription medication prepared individually for you, it cannot be returned or resold once it ships — this is standard for all pharmacy-dispensed medications and protects patient safety.
Something wrong with your order?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement. Have your order number ready.
