The details
- Administration
- Subcutaneous injection, cyclical
- Format
- 5mg/mL, 5mL vial
- Typical dosing
- 5-10mg daily for 10-20 day cycles
- Best for
- Cellular aging, sleep quality, telomere support
- Pairs well with
- Thymosin Alpha-1, NAD+
- Mechanism
- Epitalon activates telomerase, the enzyme that maintains telomere length at the ends of chromosomes. Longer telomeres are associated with cellular longevity and may slow biological aging at the cellular level.
How it works
Signal
Epitalon is given as a subcutaneous injection, usually in short cycles (e.g. 10–20 days), on a provider-determined schedule.
Cellular response
Epitalon activates telomerase to maintain telomere length at the ends of chromosomes, stimulates the pineal gland to restore melatonin production, and upregulates antioxidant enzymes — addressing aging at the DNA, hormonal, and oxidative-stress levels at once.
Outcome
Over the following weeks most people notice deeper, more restorative sleep first (weeks 1–2), then steadier energy, better recovery, and clearer thinking (weeks 2–4), then a broader sense of vitality with skin and hair improvements for some (weeks 4–12). Many run periodic cycles for ongoing telomere support.
